Valentine's Day Dinner Ideas

If you have kids, they are going to love this. My mom used to plan a color themed dinner for every holiday. On Valentine's Day, dinner had to be red and white. You might think that this would be easy, but everything that was white suddenly became red if at all possible. We had glasses of milk tinted red, our mashed potatoes were red... you get the idea. ;) I guess that we didn't have a lot of extra money to go out to dinner, but mom always managed to make our holidays fun. And that's what it's all about.  :)
