I was just reading over the list and as much as I hate this tip, she's right about using neutrals on the walls. That has gotten me into so much trouble!! Try selling a house with Garnet colored walls!! I loved the color but a lot of agents tried to get me to repaint and being stubborn... I said no. Finally someone came to view the house and loved the color... but it did take time!
