While most of think that we are smart shoppers, most of us make a lot of mistakes... like impulse buying? I'm definitely guilty of that and can pretty much talk myself into any item that catches my eye! Give me an item that appeals to me and I can come up with at least 5 reasons why I should buy it. Just a few minutes ago, I was at the Heinz site and they actually give some pretty sound advice.

I know that following some of the ideas, will save me money and if I save money in one area, I get to spend it somewhere else... like shoes!
