Have you ever watched the meter go round?? When the dryer is in use, the little sucker just spins around. So, stop! Okay, when the kids were little I went for convenience and the dryer was on just about every single day. Luckily, I'm smarter now and I can't remember the last time I used the dryer. All you need is plastic coated wire racks in the winter and a "clothes line" or whatever you call them these days for the summer.
It has saved us a ton of money over the years I'm sure. Now, I do miss how the towels would come out of the dryer all nice and soft and fluffy, but I can live with the difference. I just tell myself that it costs less and it's better for the environment too!
**Remember... it doesn't have to be a lot of BIG things!
